Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for animals and pet care.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and services for their pets.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and build customer trust.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory integrity.
• Follow store policies and safety standards on the shop floor.
