• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pet parent experiences in-store, online, and at the register.
• Care for store-owned pets and maintain pet habitats.
• Keep the store clean and organized; assist with pricing and promotions.
• Encourage pet adoptions and promote store services.
