Barkaritaville Pet Resort in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Reservation Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will be the first point of contact for pet parents, guiding them through services, answering questions, and processing reservations with care.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven customer experience, accurate documentation, and teamwork to meet performance goals. Training and coaching are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base pay of $16/hour plus tips and a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Call center or phone-based customer service experience.
• Reservations or appointment scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, convert inquiries to reservations.
• Build rapport with pet parents and learn about needs.
• Explain services, recommend boarding/daycare/grooming.
• Process reservations accurately from start to finish.
• Document conversations and reservation details in software.
