• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development.
• Validates completion of operational messages and engagement videos.
• Supports Services businesses when the Experience Leader is unavailable.
• Delegates and validates daily task completion.
• Leads when acting as Leader on Duty and addresses concerns.
• Ensures store standards, safety, and ethical policies.
