• Leadership experience preferred.

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates associate experience and supports development through training and coaching.
• Leads as Leader on Duty and supervises peers when needed.
• Supports Services businesses and delegates daily tasks.
• Ensures POS operations, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintains store standards and promotes brand initiatives.
• Oversees live pet sales, adoptions, and customer service interactions.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety for people and pets.
