Qualifications

• 1 year veterinary receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hospital reception area appearance and greet clients.
• Triage client concerns and direct to appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily flow and efficiency.
• Check in/out clients and process payments.
• Provide empathetic emotional support to clients during visits.
