Job summary

Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is seeking Client Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for customers at our main office in Denton, TX. Full-time and part-time positions are available with hours 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM.

The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling clinic appointments, and maintaining client records while promoting TCAP services. Ideal candidates have prior customer service or office experience, strong communication skills, data entry ability, and

Qualifications

• Must have computer and data entry skills.
• Must have strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone and assists callers with questions regarding TCAP, services offered and other issues.
• Returns messages left on the voicemail.
• Schedules appointments for all clinics.
• Updates client database.
• Actively promotes spay and neuter and educates clients on responsible pet ownership.
• Represents TCAP in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
