Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ animal care professionals.
• Oversee daily care routines: feeding, medicating, grooming, exercise and playtime.
• Maintain health and behavior records for each pet.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure high-quality boarding facility standards.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and financial reporting with District Manager support.
• Collaborate with marketing for community outreach and partnerships.
