Job summary

Animal Care Center at Cherry Way is seeking a Pet Care Attendant who loves animals and is attentive, caring, and hard-working. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful daily work in a supportive team.

As part of a clinic focused on quality care, you will work with veterinary staff to ensure pets are safe, comfortable, and well attended, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Feed dogs and cats and administer medications as directed.
• Walk dogs and provide daily care and enrichment.
• Clean cages, kennels, and patient areas.
• Monitor pets for changes in behavior or health and report concerns to veterinary staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kennel, grooming, lobby, and exterior areas of the hospital.
• Support overall hospital operations and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional care for pets and their families.
