Gateway Services Inc in Wheat Ridge, CO is hiring an on-site Operations Team Member for a full-time, hourly position. No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and support. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour (DOE).

Work schedule is Mon–Fri 8 am–5 pm, 40 hours weekly with OT as needed. You will operate cremation equipment, package remains, create memorial keepsakes, and perform quality checks, while helping families and veterinary partners with

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
