Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control is hiring for a residential Pest Control Technician in Buford, GA. You will perform inspections, identify pests, and apply treatments while communicating pest-control solutions to clients.

You will work safety, follow regulations, and educate customers on prevention. A valid license and clean driving record are required, with opportunities for growth within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• Clean shaven face for safety (rebreathers must seal)
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations
• Available to work Mon-Fri and weekends as needed
• Willingness to learn and grow across pest-control areas
• Strong reading/writing/verbal communication
• Basic math skills for mixing products
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely
• Educate customers on pest prevention and correct usage
• Build relationships with customers, schedule/confirm appointments, help with sales
• Ensure pest-control equipment is maintained and stocked
• Adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle
