Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Inspector to join its Commercial sales team in the Kent area. You will leverage a strong sales mindset to propose pest management solutions to diverse industries and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities include inspecting client properties, recommending solutions, and preparing sales agreements using the supplied iPad. A company vehicle, base pay plus commission, and comprehensive benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner for clients.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties.
• Prepare sales agreements and use provided iPad to stay organized.
