Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join its Commercial sales team in a role combining competitive drive with team collaboration. Qualifications

• Sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner for their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of client’s commercial property and explain findings.
