Job summary

Massey Services, Inc. is expanding its Outside Sales team in our Texas market. We seek a candidate who can build long-term relationships with customers, inspect homes to tailor service needs, and present compelling proposals to existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
• Grow our business (sell) and control expenses (make a profit).
• Inspecting customers' homes to determine services needed.
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Networking and cold calling to generate sales leads.
• Telephone prospecting and appointment setting.
• Accurate and timely completion of all sales-related paperwork.
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire.
