Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking Pest Service Technicians to protect homes across California and northwestern Nevada. You will service residential accounts, inspect structures, and coordinate with the team to schedule and complete treatments.

The role emphasizes safety, license readiness, and customer interaction. Next start cohorts are scheduled, and the company offers paid pest license training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and a company vehicle with a gas card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential structures to assess pests and infestations.
• Create diagrams and graphs indicating infestations and locations.
• Discuss work with customers and present service options/upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate activities with department staff and submit paperwork daily.
• Estimate crew time and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds during business activity.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean, safe condition.

Responsibilities

We are seeking ambitious and energetic Pest Service Technicians that enjoy working independently outdoors to service and protect homes and their surrounding environments from unwanted pest activity. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Controlling pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care and other agricultural pests on-site in a variety of residential accounts.
• Physically inspecting a variety of residential structures to determine the presence of pests; calculating the severity of infestations and the degree of structural damage.
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating the type, degree and location of infestations.
• Discussing with residential customers to discuss work to be accomplished and provide creative sales solicitations
• Coordinating activities with the department secretaries and other branch personnel and submitting all paperwork and collections on a daily basisPerforming other administrative tasks at the supervisor's direction, including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling and submitting a variety of reports, and calling customers regarding client callbacks and stopped service.
• Determining the costs, estimating the crew time and scheduling work.
• Receiving and properly accounting for company funds collected during the course of business activities.
• Maintaining company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all time

Start Date Information

To support consistent training and onboarding, service technicians begin employment as part of a monthly cohort. The next scheduled start dates for this role are July 13, 2026 and August 10, 2026.
