Job summary

Redd Pest Solutions is seeking a field-based pest control professional to prevent and eliminate pests and termite damage around homes and businesses. You will solve customer issues through technical research, analysis, and follow-up while building lasting relationships and educating clients for a healthy, pest-free environment.

The role emphasizes independent field work with strong organizational skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good work history.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong organizational skills.
• Route based experience isn't necessary but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing services that promote environmental health and safety by preventing unwanted pests in and around living areas.
• Prevent/eliminate termite damage and infestation in buildings, homes, and surrounding areas.
• Solves customer problems related to pest/termite prevention and elimination including technical research, analysis, and follow-up.
• Builds strong relationships with customers, continually educates them, and seeks ways to ensure environment is pest-free and healthy.
