Job Type: Full-Time: Non-Exempt

Work Week | Work Hours: Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays | 7:30am – 5:30pm

Our Position: Our Pest Service Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to controlling pests, including application of professional products, conducting inspections, removing pests, setting traps, installing Sentricon systems, and designing control strategies such as Integrated Pest Management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing pest control services to residential and commercial customers, including spray applications, traps, gels, and other methods per IPM.
• Assisting pest service professionals during absences or shortages.
• Using tools to install Sentricon stations, dig trenches, and monitor bait stations.
• Maintaining service schedules and communicating with customers.
• Applying treatments for bed bugs and heat treatments.
• Installing wildlife and pest traps, sealing gaps, and performing related construction tasks.
• Working in various environments including rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders up to 40ft high.
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
• Monitoring pest infestations and application methods, reporting progress.
• Participating in training and completing paperwork accurately.
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment.
• Following safety protocols and legal requirements for product use and vehicle operation.
• Inspecting properties for additional pest or lawn service needs.
• Participating in collections and other assigned projects.

Our Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of 30-day training and ongoing CEUs.
• Valid driver license and 18+ years old.
• Ability to work with a 40ft ladder, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work safely and alertly.
• Saturdays availability.
• Pass background, drug, and driving record checks.
