Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (paid by the company).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside, full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Operate company vehicles, tools and materials responsibly.
• Log findings and track customer interactions with handheld devices.
