Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must obtain pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a job.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
