Job summary

Mosquito & Pest Authority is hiring a field technician to apply Barrier 360 treatments on commercial and residential properties. You will perform pest control duties with a focus on safety and customer service. We provide Authority Pro Training and opportunities for advancement.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a company vehicle for client visits, and competitive compensation. No prior franchisee experience required; training starts on day one.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• One to three years experience in pest control preferred.
• Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling.
• Extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and licensing requirements.
• Work safely per state requirements, OSHA policies, and use safety equipment.
• Operate pesticide equipment including sprayers, ladders, and backpack blowers up to 60 pounds.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and notify owners of issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Inspect for pest entry points and habitats to provide a pest-free environment.
• Complete job documentation accurately and promptly.
• Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend hours.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and drive to client sites professionally.
• Drive company vehicle to client sites to provide services safely and friendly.
