JOB SUMMARY

Lead the team. Drive the numbers. Elevate the operation. Green Pest Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a Service Manager who can take ownership of our field operations and build a high-performing service team. This role is central to our next phase of growth. You'll be responsible for technician performance, route efficiency, customer retention, and overall service quality - turning daily execution into measurable results. This is not a passive management role. We are looking for someone who shows up, solves problems, and drives performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of service technicians.
• Drive daily production, routing efficiency, and capacity planning.
• Ensure monthly and annual revenue goals are consistently hit.
• Train and develop technicians through hands-on field leadership.
• Monitor and reduce callbacks and service issues.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Routes run efficiently with high productivity.
• Technicians perform consistently with minimal oversight.

• Systems and expectations are clear, repeatable and scalable.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
