Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely and safe customer visits.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to decide on the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage routes, interacting well with customers.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations, including:

• Using ladders within weight capacity.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, roofs, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, sometimes including respirators.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
