Training and Compensation: No experience necessary, but applicants with an active pest control license are offered a sign-on bonus. We provide award-winning paid training to learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following a route schedule within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
2. Operating a company vehicle safely and maintaining vehicle and equipment cleanliness.
3. Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
4. Using provided training to determine the most efficient pest solutions for customers.
5. Completing all service-related documentation accurately using handheld devices.
