EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver pest control services during scheduled maintenance visits, inspecting for activity and applying approved treatments while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate service records, and clear communication with customers and the office. Candidates should have 1+ years of experience, a valid license, and a willingness to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
