Job summary

Dodson Pest Control in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Full Time PC Technician. Experience in pest control is helpful but not required; the company provides intensive, ongoing training to all employees.

A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are essential. Responsibilities include inspecting and diagnosing pest issues, providing pest management services, applying pesticides safely, and attending training to become a registered technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Acceptable driving record and background check.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented at all times.
• Apply pesticides safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations.
• Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
• Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work.
