Dodson Pest Control is seeking a Full Time Reg PC Technician in Charlotte, NC. The role offers on-site work with comprehensive training and a chance to join a long-standing family-owned company serving multiple states.

Responsibilities include diagnosing pest issues, delivering professional pest management services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and applying pesticides in compliance with regulations. A valid driving record and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Acceptable driving record and background check.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide Pest Management services to customers in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented at all times.
• Apply pesticides safely and effectively per label and state regulations.
• Attend and complete training to become a registered technician or licensed applicator.
• Occasionally adjust work schedule to meet customer needs, including Saturdays.
