Job summary

My Pest Pros is hiring in Washington, DC area for service professionals. No pest control experience required; we provide paid training.

Earn $22-$28/hour plus commissions/bonuses, with 100% company-paid health insurance, dental, vision, disability coverage, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, PTO, sick leave, and a gym membership allowance. You’ll visit residential and commercial clients, solve problems, and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years with a clean driving record.
• Own a personal vehicle to use during training.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Certification or licensure as required by state/local regulations (or willingness to obtain).
• Must read, speak, and comprehend English.
