Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a Pest Control Technician to work on a daily local route around Cranston, RI. You will report to the Foxborough, MA office weekly and join an active team focused on effective pest solutions.

We offer $21.00–$23.00 per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus, a company-provided vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401(k) with employer match. Overtime opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• This is an entry to mid level field role; training will be provided.
• Requires a valid US driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily local route delivering pest-control services.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Offer customers effective pest solutions tailored to their needs.
• Interact with customers and inform management of route issues.
• Carry a 50 lb product backpack on route and work on a schedule that includes every other Saturday.
