Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a Pest Control Technician to operate on a daily route around Brockton, MA, reporting to the Foxborough office weekly. This full-time on-the-road role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service, with paid training and a strong incentive structure.

You will apply pesticides per regulations, maintain equipment, and document treatments while enjoying benefits like a company vehicle, gas card, health plans, 401(k) with match, and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years) is required.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by recommending effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards and procedures.
• Notify management of any problems on service routes.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and ensure route is local to you.
• Carry a backpack; expect a around 50 lbs load.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.
