Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Sacramento to inspect homes, identify pest issues, and apply treatments while educating customers on prevention. You will operate from company vehicles and follow safety protocols throughout the job.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid California driver’s license, and flexibility to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; related experience ok.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and future risk reduction.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with sales of pest control services.
• Maintain pest control equipment and stay compliant with safety regulations.
• Possess PPE and safety training for handling chemicals.
