Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn skills to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and operate schedules within territory; ensure timely arrival.
• Operate company vehicle safely and keep it and equipment clean.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Provide empathetic problem-solving and recommend effective solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss pest management program.
• Complete service-related documentation on handheld device.
