Orkin is looking for motivated individuals to join as Orkin Pros. You’ll start with award-winning training and learn to run a pest‑control service route, prioritizing safety while delivering excellent service in customers’ homes or businesses.

You’ll operate a company vehicle within a defined territory, document service visits, and grow into a trusted advisor through hands-on experience and ongoing development in a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise
• Prepare and install home or business services including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency
• Interact with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process
• Complete all required service-related documentation using handheld device for speed and accuracy
