Job summary

Connecticut Pest Elimination, backed by Rollins Inc., is hiring a Pest Control Technician to join our field team in Connecticut. You will receive award-winning, paid training and build relationships with customers while delivering effective pest control solutions.

You will operate a company vehicle, schedule and run your route, document service activities with a handheld device, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and a $750 signing bonus if licensed.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training to learn pest control service operations.
• Build relationships with customers and schedule/run your own route.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine pest solutions for each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Follow a route schedule within assigned territory and arrive on time and safely.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment.
• Complete service-related documentation using the handheld device.
