Connecticut Pest Elimination is hiring a Pest Control Technician to learn through paid training and manage a customer-facing route across Connecticut. You will build relationships with customers and perform pest control services on your scheduled route.

Starting hourly pay ranges from $19 to $22, with a company vehicle and gas card after training. A $750 signing bonus is offered if you are already licensed, plus comprehensive benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• No experience required to apply.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a problem solver for customers using training to determine pest solutions.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Follow a route schedule within territory and adapt to weather-related factors.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Complete service-related documentation using handheld device.
