Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete our paid training program to become licensed in pest management.
• Follow a route within an assigned territory; ensure on-time arrival and professional service.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors to diagnose pest issues with guidance provided.
• Apply pest control treatments safely according to label instructions.
• Build trust through excellent communication and customer service.
• Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate records using a company handheld device.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment.
