Qualifications

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening process

Responsibilities

• Complete our paid training program to become licensed and skilled in pest management
• Follow a route within an assigned territory; ensure on-time arrival and professional service
• Inspect interiors/exteriors to diagnose pest issues and learn the process
• Apply pest control treatments safely according to label instructions
• Build trust through excellent communication and customer service
• Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers
• Maintain accurate records using a company-provided handheld device
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness
• Work independently while representing Fox’s core values
