Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and use a ladder safely.
• Willing to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to customer safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection with clear communication and customer focus.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside, with full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly and log activities.
• Log findings and complete service reports using handheld devices.
