Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our Pensacola team. Paid training is provided, with growth opportunities as you contribute to safe, effective pest control and ongoing development.

You’ll follow a defined route, complete licensing training, and deliver top-tier service while representing Fox’s values. A company vehicle is provided, plus gas card and equipment to support your work.

Qualifications

• 21+ age requirement.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Complete our paid training program to become licensed and skilled in pest management.
• Follow a route within an assigned territory; ensure on-time arrival and professional service.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors to diagnose pest issues and learn procedures.
• Apply pest control treatments safely according to label instructions.
• Build trust through excellent communication and customer service.
• Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate records using a company provided handheld device.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
• Work independently while representing Fox’s core values.
