Job summary

Certus Pest, Inc. is hiring Pest Control Technicians to manage a residential and commercial service route. No experience required; we provide training, licensing, and pay you while you learn.

You will use a company vehicle and tools from day one, with a path to growth into senior technician, sales, or branch leadership. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors.
• Mindset of owning your route and taking responsibility for it.
• Preferred: pest control or route-based service experience; active pest control license.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply safe, effective treatments.
• Educate customers and deliver a service experience that earns referrals.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn bonus dollars on conversions.
• Keep vehicle, equipment, and records in top shape and maintain a professional operation.
