Certus Pest, Inc. is hiring Pest Control Technicians to build a career in a fast-growing nationwide company. You’ll manage a residential and commercial service route and receive a take-home company vehicle with fuel card. No experience is required to start; aggressive earning through bonuses and commissions on leads you generate is part of the role, along with a defined path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently outdoors.
• A mindset that treats the route like your own.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply safe treatments.
• Educate customers and deliver a service that earns repeat business.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn bonuses on conversions.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in top condition and maintain records.
• Follow safety, compliance and product-use standards.
