Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician to join our team serving the Mt. Juliet area, TN. This full-time, on-road role reports to the Nashville office weekly and involves resolving customer pest concerns on a daily route.

You will maintain equipment, follow safety laws, and provide service to local customers while aiming for high-quality solutions. We offer uncapped bonuses, a company vehicle, benefits and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns
Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
Keep accurate records of treatments provided
Mix, apply, and follow state and federal laws when using pesticides
Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing effective pest solutions
Maintain and service all route customers per company standards
Advise customers of potential problems
Keep management informed of route issues
Maintain proper inventory of pesticides
Assigned route in local area
Carry a product backpack ~50 lbs
Work schedule includes every other Saturday
