Aptive Environmental is hiring a Pest Control Technician to work a daily local route around Murray, UT, with weekly reporting to our Sandy, UT office. The position pays $19.25–$21.25 per hour with uncapped bonuses and incentives. Company vehicle, gas card, and iPhone are provided, plus paid training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of route issues.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Assigned routes in local area.
• Carry a 50 lb product backpack.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.
