Job summary

Stark Exterminators in Florida is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. You will operate in a production-based role with earnings potential beyond base pay.

The role includes traveling with a company vehicle, performing inspections in attics and crawl spaces, identifying insects and conditions, and delivering personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Enter attics, crawl spaces and other areas to identify insects and pest harborage.
• Assess problems and provide a personalized IPM-based solution.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions with a helpful demeanor.
