Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Driver's License and clean DMV record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Desire to learn the pest control business.
• Stable work history.
• Solid communication skills.
• Physical ability to bend, crawl, climb ladders, and carry a 4-gallon backpack sprayer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate solutions and expectations to customers.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up on consumer needs as they arise.
• Inspect the property to ascertain wall and roof porosity and possible sites of pest invasion.
• Identify invading pests, including rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, or bed bugs.
• Strategically apply chemical pesticides in around structures and adjacent landscaping to eliminate pests.
• Set mechanical Rodent Traps & Remove captured rodents
• Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested areas and determine the treatment plan required to eliminate pest populations and prevent the recurrence of infestation.
• Measure area dimensions requiring treatment.
• Occasionally clean and remove debris that may foster a pest infestation
• Work with team members to meet customer needs.
