Pestkee is seeking a people-focused Pest Control Technician in Arizona. The role emphasizes building trust with customers, clear communication, and delivering dependable service on your daily residential route.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in pest control and an Arizona license (license preferred). Training and licensing support are provided to the right person who brings attitude and work ethic.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of pest control experience preferred.
• Arizona Structural Pest Control or Certified Applicator license preferred; licensing training provided.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily residential pest control route and provide safe, effective service to customers.
• Perform scheduled pest treatments, inspections, and preventative services.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through excellent communication and dependable service.
• Educate customers on what you’re seeing, what you’re doing, and how they can protect their home.
• Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and stay organized throughout your route.
• Represent Pestkee professionally at every customer interaction.
