Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Florence, AL. The company provides a company vehicle and gas card, with starting pay of $18/hour and potential earnings up to $65,000/year.

A flexible, independent work environment is offered. Responsibilities include driving to customer locations, performing pest control/termite services, loading equipment, administering treatments, collecting payments, and pursuing new business leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• An acceptable drug test, criminal background check and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to customer locations and return home after last appointment.
• Contact customers to schedule pest control/termite service.
• Mix products and load equipment into a company service vehicle.
• Administer treatments and install preventative products and/or service bait/termite stations.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Complete inspections and recommend solutions for pest/termite problems.
• Visit customers to remedy a complaint or service issue.
• Prospect for new business leads.
• Saturday and/or evening work may be required.
