Job summary

Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Pest Control Technician who drives from home to customer sites to provide pest and termite services. You will mix products, load equipment, perform treatments, and inspect properties to recommend solutions.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with earnings potential up to $65,000 per year. The role offers a company provided vehicle and gas card, benefits, a flexible, independent work environment, and opportunities for mentorship and advancement;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• A Great Attitude and Work Ethic.
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle from home to customer sites and back.
• Contact customers to schedule pest control/termite service.
• Mix products and load equipment into service vehicle.
• Administer treatments and install preventative products and/or bait/termite stations.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Complete inspections and recommend pest/termite solutions.
• Visit customers to remedy a complaint or service issue.
• Prospect for new business leads.
• Occasional Saturday and evening work may be required.
