Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is seeking a field associate to service commercial accounts through thorough inspections, tailored pest-control solutions, and precise documentation. You will build strong client relationships and apply training to meet client needs while maintaining records and meeting schedule demands.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and company resources to decide on the best solution.
• Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and work independently with self-motivation.
• Develop knowledge of pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements.
