Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, seeks a field associate to inspect commercial accounts, develop pest management solutions, and treat client facilities in Fort Smith, AR. You will maintain accurate records and uphold professional customer relations with business clients.

Must obtain pesticide license within 90 days; valid driver's license required. Competitive hourly pay with commission potential and a company vehicle option, plus benefits and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required! (for entry level)
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
