Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a Rollins division, seeks a field-oriented team member to service commercial pest management accounts. You will inspect facilities, develop tailored solutions, and document outcomes with precision.

No prior experience is required; you will receive comprehensive training and support while pursuing pesticide licensing. Travel across NC is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and travel across NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests professionally and timely.
• Serve as a problem solver using training and company resources to decide best solutions for customers.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and self-motivation to complete tasks.
• Develop knowledge of pest control methods through provided training.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently
• Some Travel Required - - throughout North Carolina

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
